Practice II

AI claims are moving purchase prices faster than diligence is testing them.

For funds and acquirers, the practice measures the capability priced into the deal: what runs in production, at what error rates, on what data foundation, and what breaks first under the value plan.

A capability claim that moves the multiple deserves the scrutiny given to the quality of earnings, and in most processes it receives a management session and a demonstration. This practice examines the asset itself: which systems run in production, what their measured error rates are, whether the data foundation supports the plan being priced, what share of the capability leaves with two resignations, and which element gives way first once the value-creation case puts weight on it.

Findings arrive sampled, measured, and reproducible, written for the investment committee and durable in the data room. Post-close, the same examination sets the hundred-day plan and reads the portfolio against the case that priced it. The examiner is a PhD pathologist and Fortune 50 AI operator who holds two granted United States patents.
